HOW THIS COLLAB IDEA STARTED
Bringing Art and Learning Together: A Collaborative Initiative.
Anneke, a Learning Experience Designer, and Per, an Art Exhibitor, crossed paths during a Kaospilot Experience Design course on a serene island in Sweden. They shared their thoughts on how art can positively impact people's lives and bring a unique perspective to the learning experience.
This sparked an idea – combining the power of beautiful art exhibitions with cross-curricular teaching to create meaningful impact for students and ultimately, the world we live in.
But how can we bring this idea to life? That's where you come in!
Why;
our starting point:
“How can we design tailor made learning experiences that give students in the age range of 16-24 the opportunity to experience the world as a beautiful fragile system using the interactive overview effect exhibition and an online platform.
Also using the themes of the book and video of
So students can create their own understanding of the sensitivity of the system inside or outside the school system. And the teachers or other educators can collaborate in an expanding community using an online platform.“
WHOM and HOW;
with whom and how can we collaborate
educators - professors - musea - students - festivals - teachers
Implementation of Curricula: Starting with teachers and deans.
To begin, we will start with deans and teachers who are responsible for creating the curricula. Our aim is to create a mutually beneficial situation where the artists' exhibitions are utilized, and the teachers can learn to create cross-cultural learning experiences in line with their learning goals and the overall targets of the school.
“How can we create materials with teachers that enable the students to a desire to connect to feel an awe for this system called earth.
Also that enables them to experience they can give it a hopeful future if we can zoom out and in together and if we collaborate.
And let the students feel empowered to design their version of hope and awe that show the future (image) of the earth.”
The answer is: go on an expedition to unfold perspectives ...
