The place where you can experiment and grow together
You would like to build a humane workplace. Where people belong, get moving and can be meaningful to each other. But you don't see this yet in the places where you work for or want to work for. How do you commit to this change and take your authentic place? It is difficult to continue navigating this journey, which you often do alone!
That's why I offer this program: an atelier where you learn to grow together; share what works and what doesn't and build the skills you need as a freelancer and as a changemaker for learning. So that you can create places of growth in organizations where people give meaning to a better world.
We will start working in 3 months, also with tools and steps. We do this both 1-on-1 and in groups. In an atelier vibe! You will receive inspiration through a hands-on workshop and an online range of cases and skills. This allows you to immediately get started with your own freelance role and the change in the organization. So you can immediately apply what you learn.
Whether you embark on this journey as a starting or seasoned freelancer, we will journey together and help each other. You learn to increasingly take on your role as a creative catalyst of growth.

What is the atelier program?
A 3-month process in which 7-10 freelance reformers come together who are working to make a difference for the growth of people in their organizations based on their authenticity as a creative learning professional.
The journey starts with a personal 1-on-1 intake and determining your questions and focus.
What follows is a group atelier session in which we use the collective experience and creative power for answers to your growth questions.
In the meantime, you work on your own focus area and apply what you learn by taking small interventions or actions. You can app the mentor and group members about this.
The following 1-on-1 conversations will discuss your specific questions and progress.
In a hands-on group workshop you learn skills and mindsets about a theme that has the most impact for the group. This could be “New insights into L&D”, “Building learning places based on meaning”, “Personal branding”, or another topic.
A second group atelier session gives you the space to share where you get stuck, what inspires you and what you want to try out with the group.
In the resources you will find themes and cases from practice. Templates that you can use immediately are also ready for you.
The final group atelier session provides space for reflection and looking ahead. Celebrating successes and networking for future plans. We conclude with a 1-on-1 conversation.

To find a nice balance between personal questions and learning from and with each other, we have developed a process that combines different forms.
1-on-1 sessions
With the help of the mentor's expertise, you determine what you want to work on in your organization. You also determine how the mentor can best support you in this. You can share your progress during the process and ask any questions you have.
Group AtELIER sessions
The questions you want to share in the group will receive answers from the creative power of the group. A group session is active, you experience what it does yourself. Together you come up with solutions. Together you experiment and experience what works and what doesn't. Online if there is a big difference in location, otherwise live at an accessible location.
Workshop
The hands-on workshop provides inspiration and an opportunity to network. It gives you courage to take steps in your journey. You will learn concepts and skills that you will need in your journey. Online if there is a big difference in location, otherwise live at an accessible location.
Library
A library with practical examples and useful tools. To explore at your own pace, whenever you need ideas, solutions and templates.
